IMPLEMENTASI PRINSIP-PRINSIP MANAJEMEN PENDIDIKAN ISLAM DI SMP IT FATAHILLAH
Abstract
This study aims to determine whether the implementation of the principles of Islamic education has been implemented properly or otherwise. This study uses a descriptive method that aims to describe or describe the phenomena that exist in schools. The results of this research can be concluded that: 1) The application of Islamic education management principles at SMPIT Fatahillah is quite good. Good includes the principles of honesty, fairness, responsibility, sincerity, good deeds and good deeds and good social relations. 2) The principle of Islamic education management according to HasanLanggulung, one of which is good social relations. In realizing these management principles, SMPIT makes a program of morning apples and prayer together. Meetings with parents every 3 months and entrepreneurship program
